Incorporated on 28 December 1967 and listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Kuchai Development is a public limited liability company, incorporated and domiciled in Malaysia.

The principal activities of the Company consist of investment holdings and rental of property. Properties of the Company include 8 acres of land in Mukim Ulu Semenyih, District Ulu Langat, Selangor and a 154 square meters shop-house at 9 Emerald Hill Road, Singapore.

The Group’s investment holdings consist of holdings in domestic and foreign listed equity securities, shares of unquoted investment funds and selected physical commodities.
